FAQs
Q: What level do I need to be to join?
A: These classes are open to all levels! However, the minimum requisite is knowing how to invert/straddle. If you don't know this yet, don't worry, we can help you achieve this goal! We recommend you take our Beginners Course at the Online Academy.
Q: What do I need for the classes?
A: A pole, an internet connection, and your beautiful self!
Q: What happens if I can’t attend live?
A: No worries! Recordings are available for one week after each session.
